Jarod George is a senior at Souhegan High School. He's your average teenager. He gets good grades, goes to the gym, hangs out with his friends, and, oh yeah, he is one of the top StarCraft II* players in the world.
When I sat down with Jarod, I asked him about his experience with the game. He told me about when he started playing, as well has his feelings about cats. We also got into his opinions on the video games and violence argument, and if he feels if he has an video game addiction.

*StarCraft II is a military, science fiction, real-time strategy video game, where the player controls one of 3 different races. You control your units to attack your opponent in order to win. It can be played either by yourself against the computer in the singleplayer campaign, or with anybody across the world in multiplayer matches.
There are many tournaments for the game, all around the world. Some of them take place online, while others the people have to travel to a place and compete in person. All these competitions are taken very seriously, with a good amount of money at stake. Every tournament has a prize pool, which is distributed amongst the participants. The amount they receive depends on how well they do, the winner obviously getting the most. Jarod is one of those players that sometimes gets the most money.
